What are the target rental audience for Bukit OUG condo? Is it local working families or middle eastern families?

Based on your diagram, the LRT line extension is the same as the diagram provided in the Kiara Residence. I have put in the location site of the Kiara Residence though is a Bukit OUG thread tongue.gif Anyway Kiara is just beside Bukit OUG condo.

So exactly how many LRT stations there will be in OUG? Is the Nathan corner the Kpg Muhibbah LRT station? I do not know where is Nathan corner.

From what I have told by the Kiara salesman, the station 1 which is marked in your diagram is correct. It will be directly behind the Kiara 2.

I am just wondering if we have paid to collect our strata title, is it justifiable if we put a higher selling price tag claiming the strata title has been paid for if buyers ask for the reason?

But how many units of 1036 sqft in Z Residence? Mostly are 1200++ and 1400++ sqft. All the 1000++ sqft, I think all internal staffs sapu liao.

what kind of commercial building? office or shop lots? Haha maybe Jusco is one of the key tenants hmm.gif hmm.gif haha hoping it really comes true tongue.gif

This will certainly boost the value of the residential unit in the vicinity.

If ZR is able to sell at 370 per sqft, I doubt KR2 will let go this opportunity to increase the pricing. I am guessing 400 psf and above. On top of that is it partial furnished, probably to counter the leasehold factor. The response for KR was overwhelming. I believe KR2 will be another BBB project when it is launched.

That is weird, why only Z developer needs to have the meeting with Bukit OUG? What about Kiara resources on the Kiara Residence? That project does not affect Bukit OUG?

You mean Kiara slope is higher than Z residence slope ( > 80 degree)?? That is my question, why the whole incident seems like Bukit OUG is only targeting Z residence developer and not Kiara? If I am not wrong, Bukit OUG residents have also raised another complaint on the density of the 'RAINZ' project by Jalil MAX.

In total, there are 2 different complaints being raise, am I right? All these news are making people very confused rclxub.gif

so have z res and Kiara being asked to stop work officially by the authorities eg DBKL? From the news, it seems that the developers are not being asked to stop work officially. They will just slow down the progress while waiting for the IKRAM report.

Who can we seek out to confirm all these questions?

Kiara SA mentioned that the project is not affected by the Ikram report. They will start the piling work this month.
