QUOTE(22222222 @ Feb 13 2011, 07:22 PM) Today i go to MRT exhibition.......walk-walk......suddenly found that the latest MAP from parsanara for the LRT station is different? Based on your diagram, the LRT line extension is the same as the diagram provided in the Kiara Residence. I have put in the location site of the Kiara Residence though is a Bukit OUG thread Please hv a look.....Yellow line...... |

QUOTE(FANAMATION @ Feb 14 2011, 09:45 AM) Most probably the MRT map that (with reference to LRT ) is wrong. The confirm station is next to Oug , not next to Kiara Residence. Which area of OUG then? OUG is quite big. How come there are so many sources? I thought the LRT extension line has been finalized. |

QUOTE(vince8307 @ Feb 14 2011, 03:31 PM) Confirmed with the worker sitting at there already...he told me they are now starting the construction of LRT station....WOOHOO! So exactly how many LRT stations there will be in OUG? Is the Nathan corner the Kpg Muhibbah LRT station? I do not know where is Nathan corner. So, that mean the gov map definitely WRONG!!! Wow chill man!!! Things are getting hot over here. There is nothing to do with low or high educated. It is about your financial capacity. You choose the place where you think suits you best in terms of financial and location.
To me, where ever you stay will still be your home sweet home. |

I am just wondering if we have paid to collect our strata title, is it justifiable if we put a higher selling price tag claiming the strata title has been paid for if buyers ask for the reason?

what kind of commercial building? office or shop lots? Haha maybe Jusco is one of the key tenants
This will certainly boost the value of the residential unit in the vicinity. |

QUOTE(UFO-ET @ May 1 2011, 07:11 PM) I said already very misleading, ZR looks like Bkt IUG Condo, LRT also salah, obviously KR2 shd be better buy if dun mind leasehold If ZR is able to sell at 370 per sqft, I doubt KR2 will let go this opportunity to increase the pricing. I am guessing 400 psf and above. On top of that is it partial furnished, probably to counter the leasehold factor. The response for KR was overwhelming. I believe KR2 will be another BBB project when it is launched. |

QUOTE(JustNobody @ Jul 11 2011, 11:05 AM) I believe DBKL should have a copy of the report as well. If the site is not suitable for development, It's DBKL duty to stop the developer. Anyway, Just hope the safety will come first. That is weird, why only Z developer needs to have the meeting with Bukit OUG? What about Kiara resources on the Kiara Residence? That project does not affect Bukit OUG? |

QUOTE(joeekh @ Jul 11 2011, 11:33 AM) You mean Kiara slope is higher than Z residence slope ( > 80 degree)?? That is my question, why the whole incident seems like Bukit OUG is only targeting Z residence developer and not Kiara? If I am not wrong, Bukit OUG residents have also raised another complaint on the density of the 'RAINZ' project by Jalil MAX.In total, there are 2 different complaints being raise, am I right? All these news are making people very confused |

so have z res and Kiara being asked to stop work officially by the authorities eg DBKL? From the news, it seems that the developers are not being asked to stop work officially. They will just slow down the progress while waiting for the IKRAM report.
Who can we seek out to confirm all these questions? |

Kiara SA mentioned that the project is not affected by the Ikram report. They will start the piling work this month.
