I walked around the commercial level area today...really looks like a slum. Hope something can be done about that floor too.

Old junk electrical appliances sitting around, dirty window and walls, even the in-house realty/renovation shop is using things inherited century ago. Need a major face lift and makeover.

probably on block 13a, 2, 3 and 4?
some are in a mess!
should have added flower pots all around. atleast it will liven up a little!

speaking on guardhouse!
saw one of our semi fat guard scolding another person wearing a guard uniform for not closing the entrance gate after comin in.
my point here, why our guard furiously scolded the other guard in uniform when the person is actually a tenant. the reason he pick on this person could be because he was a foreigner, and secondly, he is also a guard from another company. this is more to bullying, or i can say intimidation. this person need to be given a warning! to me, when seeing his action, it is more to being kurang ajar! he should know his job duties! it feels funny when seeing other resident doing the same thing after passing thru the entrance, nothing happen. all smiles! does this semi fat guard simply luv judging others?

Can't remember which blocks but I saw several places where there are leaking pipes, vandalised walls with graffiti, broken/missing ceiling boards. I also wonder what some of the shops are doing...no proper signages, glass doors and walls all covered to prevent people outside from knowing what's happening inside...lol, as if they are doing some shady business.

Oh ya, I went to check out the clubhouse too. I didn't know we had 4 squash courts! But all are in bad condition. The toilets and changing rooms at the clubhouse are smelly too. What about the sauna? I doubt it is in working condition too.

am surprised when mentioning of squash courts condition and "smelly" toilet.
years ago, i know it was under repair, but not sure ada buat atau tarak, or maybe rosak again
"smelly" toilet... dulu gua tembak kat sano, takdo bau!
if wanna compare then and now, probably ada perbezaan since more and more different type of foreigners are stayin here.
this condo use to have koreans and japs! what a pity! one reason they left was because of transportation.
since lrt is comin, am sure hope, they will be back!
i think, it is time to increase the rental rate.
anyway... have not been to the pool, nor clubhouse for a long time.
now, my usual depot is at nathan corner.

scott garden... 1700 to 2000... 775 sq.ft... coming soon! unfurnished

And the termite issue.. I think I saw a ravaged utilities door near the carpark at Block 9. Put termite baiting system all around. Kill the colony once and for all!

termites will slowly go off since their territory have been demolished after the new condos were built.
most come from the so call... "forest reserved" facing the kesas during those days.
anyway, everywhere pun ada termites, itu semua kira nasib!
wangsa maju/melawati famous for it! after donkey years... gone with the wind!

use small brush, dip the "terminte" killer, then sapu every corner of the kitchen cabinets, and wardrobes.
for door panels... use spray pump! the balance, spray the water meter door, exit doors, electirc meter door, fire hydrant door, and rubbish dump area.
once finish... go out window shopping!

i did that every 6 mths years ago. now after 5 years... no more!

Isn't going to make the whole house poisonous ? What if there are kids in the house ? We can't guarantee they won't go and touch here touch there.
