first time trying for the bidding process...there is a lot of agent promoting the same auction unit..dont know which to call...
by the way...mayb u all can help me up a bit... 1.how much is the maintenance fee psf? 2.how much rental can get for 1222 square feet? 3.How is the current rental rate? 4.Bukit OUG condo are they going to repaint the whole building? Im thinking to get either 1465 sq.ft or 1222 sq.ft actually... |

if bukit oug place do not have all these new development...then the new access road might not be built and the LRT might so near Bukit OUG ....
you all prefer easy access or high density now? |

from the pic shown by vince8307 , the road linking Jalan 4/155 with Jalan BK1/20 is about there..saw from the star newspaper...but not so aligned.and it's not 800m long..

im curious on some ppl saying valuation of 1222sf unit for 250k....OCBC and public bank giving valuation of 220k max..my myself go bank and ask for all these valuation...
