interested to bid on this auction unit....any1 here also interested on this bidding ?

1.how much is the maintenance fee psf?

2.how much rental can get for 1222 square feet?

3.How is the current rental rate?

4.Bukit OUG condo are they going to repaint the whole building?

Im thinking to get either 1465 sq.ft or 1222 sq.ft actually...

if bukit oug place do not have all these new development...then the new access road might not be built and the LRT might so near Bukit OUG ....

you all prefer easy access or high density now?

from the pic shown by vince8307 , the road linking Jalan 4/155 with Jalan BK1/20 is about there..saw from the star newspaper...but not so aligned.and it's not 800m long..

Would like to ask for advise...if bukit oug condo, 1222sf with 255k, and 770sf with 158k....which would be better if for investment purpose..

any banker here can evaluate 1222sf for 255k? can pls recommend?

tried public bank...bukit oug negative listing project, they dont even can submit my application to hq....

OCBC also reject my loan application....do you have any banker contact to get it done?

im curious on some ppl saying valuation of 1222sf unit for 250k....OCBC and public bank giving valuation of 220k max..my myself go bank and ask for all these valuation...

The highest valuation for 1222sf 230k and your profile must be very very good....so lets say 1222sf now selling 280k...u need to fork out 50k extra....
