Oh I see... Thanks for the info...
Initially I wish to buy for own stay, but as my family is so worried about the white ants, end up decided not to buy. They said once got white ants then it's hard to fully wipe them out. Me too so disappointed because I like everything here except the white ants.  cry.gif

if wanna talk pasal white ant, itu semuanya kira nasib!
it happen anywhere and everywhere, condo, apartment, maupun landed property!
kalau after hujan lebat, can sure see them flying around merrying.
my parent place kat wangsa melawati (landed property) pun ada white ant, but oledi tanam the white ant killer

to be frank! for a long term stay, it is recommended to get a "freehold" landed property!
you pay less "cukai", and no maintenance fee for life.
kalau loaded, lain crita!

Harder and harder to find landed property which you pay nothing.

Increasingly more G&G landed.

Old landed houses there will also be people free enough to organise own fencing and guards, and then come forward to collect your money.

should try nilai area, especially nearer to the town side.
provided ppl working near cyber, putra, puchong or bkt jalil.
house is big and nice. prices are reasonable. sadly it is increasing as time past.
can say bought and share a landed property in nilai for 195k, but let go to former bila go separate way.

the differences, not compulsory to pay!
for guards... it depends if you agree!
not all guards are alert as i notice. better fix an alarm, quality lock, door padat, and grill.
rob ke tak, luck is always on you!

My tenant is a ME, there are nice and friendly. I got my rental before 1st every month biggrin.gif ....no matter who yur tenant are, get to know them. Make friend with them, as usual PR skills. I dont agree all ME are bad. This is based on my years of experience in Real estate. 2cents smile.gif

Thx2012 - based on your replies, u shud go ahead wit OG height as u seem to have researched tis condo thoroughly. Not sure why are u hesitant to commit to OG heights.

Bro Keith...when we catching up for yumcha! Btw just confirmed tenant for my 791sf. Went with bare unit rental as less headache.
*
Not la. Actually i have already go over Bukit OUG and OG Height, that day i have make appointment for 2 agent, 1 is introduce to me Bukit OUG 791 Sqft, another 1 agent introduce to me 746 Sqft OG Height, i have view both unit. but i more like OG Height, becuase the facility is many and low density...

Bukit OUG also not bad, but i cant buy both in the same time, because i already kena LTV 70%, so i just can pay 30% for either OG height or Bukit OUG. but at the end i choose OG Height.... smile.gif
