If i not mistaken every unit entitle to apply 4 nos for free, more than that need to pay some fee....dun know how much.  The card will capture your photo in and oso show whether your r Owner or Tenant. |

Anyone knows the cost of removing the bath tub and retiling? Having a bath tub sounds so much nicer, though.

looks like only the balconies are painted grey, mostly all white
should be the other way around, so few years down the road, will still look fresh and not dirty
