Actually i have already go over Bukit OUG and OG Height, that day i have make appointment for 2 agent, 1 is introduce to me Bukit OUG 791 Sqft, another 1 agent introduce to me 746 Sqft OG Height, i have view both unit. but i more like OG Height, becuase the facility is many and low density...

Bukit OUG also not bad, but i cant buy both in the same time, because i already kena LTV 70%, so i just can pay 30% for either OG height or Bukit OUG. but at the end i choose OG Height....

Inhouse have 2 Chinese stall, clubhouse and 1 mamak. 3 mini market.

External (behind b.oug) have 2 Chinese stall and 1 mamak. 99 speed mart and 7-11.

inhouse... 3 chinese makan stall, 1 chindian stall, 1 at clubhouse, 1 indian, not mamak, 1 arab and 4 mini market... 1 cina, 1 indian, 2 arab.
chinese makan stall at block 13 (1) and 13a (2) plus 1 arab
chindian makan stall at block 1
indian makan stall at block 3
mini market, block 1 (cina), block 2 (arab), block 3 (indian and arab)

How much to pay for residents pass? Landlord just use visitor pass lor, cannot meh?

If i not mistaken every unit entitle to apply 4 nos for free, more than that need to pay some fee....dun know how much.

The card will capture your photo in and oso show whether your r Owner or Tenant.

I think this project will be delay due to objection of development by OUG residents. Possibility only can start on 2016....

Without Fear or Favour, Bukit OUG Condo is like a GHETTO. It's so high density that it can match HK's pigeon holes.

But heck cares, LRT station is just a walk away and the units are appreciating and everyone is making money.

BTW, I asked Letchumy today about the resident's pass. She said the cost will be from the maintenance fees. But when I wanted to apply for mine, another staff said not yet, not so soon. :S

Anyone knows the cost of removing the bath tub and retiling? Having a bath tub sounds so much nicer, though.

1K i just did mine few months ago. It was done by in house renovator

looks like only the balconies are painted grey, mostly all white

should be the other way around, so few years down the road, will still look fresh and not dirty
