 Bukit OUG Condo, Any information?

Bukit OUG is very close to LRT track, noice polution would be serious, especially during night and early in morning.

Even though noice polution and poor/old condo, but compensate with the price is quite cheap, I think should be ok gua.

Anyway, considering the risks is so high, better consider other condo.

bro, bukit oug in iproperty asking price is only 160 psft ler, transacsion price should be lower. but if selling is 200psft, then no need consider at all la, coz too many newer apartment available without having the risk of sound polution.

if you search from iproperty properly, you can find many apartment selling cheap. for example:

there are more la...the rest find yrself.

OG HEIGHTS and UNION Heights is located different radius liao as not too near to the future LRT and management much better as does not look old like bukit oug. somemore the density in bukit oug is too scary la. when i passby there i feel like a "bees nest".

anyway, if the LRT track is not so close, and LRT project really can be completed few years from now, i think bukit oug still can rent to those aim for lower rental with convenient place. but own stay, i think jia lat a bit la.

buyer prefer freehold apartment is because they want to stay there as a home thus there is chance for fliping coz you can sell high to those seeking for a home. but, investor that only aim for renting would not care much on leasehold or freehold status. this is because your renting would not be higher due to its freehold status compared to leasehold status.

as I mensioned ealier, bukit oug for own stay is jia lat and peole want to stay there just because of lower renting.

well, you might said currently you stay there as a home, y cannot stay there as a home? this is because the price of the condo is cheap. it means that hard for the condo to flip for higher price. Moreover, home seeking is more looking into the environment, including the condo condition and not mind paying more money.

few new development around bukit oug condo. bukit oug really cham liao...better pray hard new project able to rent for high price, if not who going to rent bukit oug?

yr friends should bought it earlier if they can affort. many ppl think when is the good timing for property investment. but my view is not timing, but is bout opportunity.

since when ppl buying property years ago in prime area fail for investment? the key is still location and i do not think with today IT is difficult to do make some understanding n judgement on which place is good to invest or not...
