lol there you go, the official claimed talk time only 6 hours, so if you do 2~3 hours it's pretty normal that the battery can only last for a day.

I think if N95-1 I don't think you can even last for 24 hours...

SE battery life still better than nokia ar like that

I've heard that before..even when i'm buying mine..i ask for zitron...they say got..but need to order...when arrived it's avaxx..then they claimed that zitron didn't take the n95 8GB...well...i think it's true since nobody's in this forum has yet bought a zitron set...don't you think it's a bit late for zitron to enter now?..

Guys,im suddenly have my eyes on this phone after months of eyeing the SE K850i..

Neway,i have a few quesions:

1) How is the battery life??
2) How is the slider?? Still flimsy??
3) How is the Symbian i mean does it lag or hang alot??

My handset's slide seems to be noticably wobbling when it's in the middle position, and very slightly when in the upper position. However it's quite solid when slided to lower position (multimedia button). Is this common or was it just me?

Whoever plans to visit the nokia care centre to fix their n95 8gb problem please go to the HQ in berjaya plaza... the other branches will all direct you to the HQ and their reasons will be this model is too new so they wont be able to do anything. So yea remember not to waste your time visit other branches.. only go to the one in berjaya plaza in front of times square

and btw maxis just charged me rm96.70 for 3g usage of 9670 kb which is equalavent to 9mb.. thats so crazy

where can i check which map did i downloaded inside my n95 8gb?

Someone told me that some original nokia phones (avaxx or zitron) with chinese input are from nokia china or hong kong, quality not so good especially the slider mechanism always got problems, better get european set e.g. made in finland, is this true? But to flash the firmware is very risky thing to do.

Yup just download from the nokia maps. for your information you can go to www.ovi.com all the links are all there.

To install maps you need to download the map loader pc software, then connect your phone as data transfer. Then you can use the map loader to download maps but very large...

The battery cost RM270 per piece. Tax for hand phone accessories in Malaysia is 30%. Just verify that the 6230 battery bought from Indonesia for RM40.00 or Rp100.000 is original. Going to get it from Indonesia.

1. Is CSL set original? (cause I saw CSL being sold, and to be claimed NOT an AP set.)

2. Anyone using voice-guided navigation? Do we actually need to pay for voice guided navigation?

ic no wonder la as u heavy call usage, mine about 30 mins of call per day

either subscribe to unlimited data package or you can try subscribe to maxis value extras where you can pay extra RM10 per month for 5MB of data..

2. Yes you have to pay for the voice nav if using nokia maps, and yes it works just like in the youtube. just that malaysian map is not that extensive compared to US/Europe and not son many POI (Point of interest).
