Ya lah...but sometimes boring lor..always I am the first at the Service Centre will be sending in with LCD prob. Like N91 motherboard gone, N95 LCD changed, E90 battery cover change bcos facing color and now N95 *GB......here i go again....

Yeah, Comsat set warranty handset for 15months (even more than the authorized set ) and LCD for 12 months, all stamped on the warranty card black and white. However I DOUBT they'll easily replace it without question asked. Authorized warranty lebih baik la in overall...

Guys, I'm still thinking where should I get this phone as well, so can you list out some reliable and cheaper shops to get this phone in KL? And is it possible the price drop until RM2500~RM2600 on Jan 2008 first week?

PS: Today went to lowyat plaza VS com, they selling this phone for RM3299, damn expensive so i didn't buy from them.

have de-branded my phone, using the EURO1 code... (yes i know i'll lose the 1 year warranty) but as you've mentioned the lanscape bug is still in existance. dammit, but there were much more improvements after switching over to generic firmware, at least VoIP works now...

as for mine, the upper part of the lens i already scratched it off lol. kinda painful to do that but i'm much happier getting rid of the stupid vodafone logo there.

Haha. All existing users are excited with you. But why do you need to convert your songs? I just dump my whole collection in with doing any converting.

the cpu speed for the phone should be 332mhz right? but according to spmark, it says that my phone cpu only 206mhz.. anyone get full speed?

Hmm anyone had the slider become loosen after usage of a week or 2? Mine has become loosen a bit and now can do 1 handed operation already...Not sure this is a good sign or not but doesn't seems to affect the "lock into place" mechanism, the lock seems to be firm as it should, just the railway seems loosen up.

Anyway just discovered scratch on my top panel, aww still show sign of wear even with extreme care...Kinda give up giving full care already cause really tired to handle phone with care lol, but anyway still going to keep it in pouch lo...I'll be more happy to use a phone that way cause too fussy not good for mental...

Added on November 27, 2007, 8:32 pmOh I forgot to add, about the Zitron set that people are quoted at stalls in KLCC etc etc, according to my brother's info that came from a phone seller (his friend), Zitron didn't carry N Series handset so most likely only Avaxx set available. I could be wrong but I think I never heard a Zitron set of N95?

there's a lot of zitron set N95 out there(use to have one b4), just don't have zitron set N95 8GB

Oh and small tips for you guys who want to have longer battery life...

Well if you don't use 3G at all, disable it, switch to GSM only. I noticed once I switched to GSM only the battery suddenly stopped draining dramatically! Even though you subcribed unlimited 3G, switch it on whenever you need to use rather than let it on all the time, unless you want to send MMS or make video calls.

my uncle called zitron 2day la..... according to their ppl , their say zitron dont carry N95 8GB only avaxx carrying xD...

i convert my song coz i used to mp4 format , with same size , mp4 can hav higher quality den mp3..... if u know which codec to use...

err...how do i disable my 3G and enable it back??

Go to "tools" --> setting --> phone --> network --> dual mode change to "GSM" (UMTS is 3G). So when you want to use 3G thing just switch back to dual mode. If I'm not wrong if you want 3G but dont' want people call you then can switch to UMTS only...

erm... don think so... there wouldnt be much diff if you convert a mp3 format song into mp4 imo... only when you're converting a 24bit audio into mp4, then the diff between will only be noticeable... i might be wrong thou...

edit: btw, how come you're getting your phone this late ah?? you're not in m'sia ah??

So anyone noticed the slider loosen after some use? Not dramatically so but it's like "opened up" a bit...

And now I discovered the d pad area seems to be able to move left/rigth (I mean the whole panel) when in close position or MM keys position. However when in open position it's very firm...
