Hi, does anyone know whether an extension of an employment probation without an official reason stated in writing can be subjected to a payout to the employee? If there is any lawyer who can advise..
Case in point, employer extends the probation verbally at the end of the probation period without a letter stating pass or fail.
Trying to cover all bases before resignation is submitted.
