it works in your favour when the lines are blurred now. technically for good order, notice has to be in writing and conveyed properly, if that requirement isnt fulfilled, it could mean 2 things:-

the employer couldnt care less on how you felt, and is totally fine with you calling it quits;

or the employer was secretly hoping this would piss you off, so you overreact by doing shits you would end up regretting, tryna prove a point.

Words of advise, continue trolling, make them fire you, and take them to court for unlawful dismissal
