It is normal to be rejected from employment, what I learn is job opportunity is not always straightforward and meritocratic based, it seem every system can have it’s good or flaws, however take it as a learning process, of course management is always acting like a judge giving verdict, they’re also under pressure to make a wise decision. But I think many guys are not ready to face rejection.
