Extension of Probationary Period

Extension of probation period happens. It doesn’t need to be explicitly mentioned in contract. If company wants to retain you they would have turned you to perma staff since the notice period would increase as well instead of the 2 weeks probation notice or what’s in your contract.
If you think you can’t gel with the company / boss, why not just find a new job now?
Anyway if you stay, you don’t get the support and already starting on the wrong foot.
