Extension of Probationary Period

If I am not mistaken, probation is not stated in our labour law. So legally speaking, "probational staff" should have the right of permanent staff unless it is stated otherwise in the employment contract. Then again, just because it is stated in the employment clause, it does not mean that it is enforceable legally
