I bought those diapers before yeah i agree its pretty heavy. There was once they have missing diapers. What did i do? Just file the fcken refund button and they just collect it.

All you’re saying is its not your problem, perhaps its true in a sense but there is a chinese saying be “human dont be so kejam,leave some room for other so in future can see each other again” clearly you dont understand this and hope sheetpee bans you from buying diapers for being so difficult.

Buying from the Shopee platform means you already agreed to their terms and conditions, including their refund policy. It's going to be a tough case to win. If lucky you might be able to claw back some shipping fee, but the stress and monetary value doesn't seem worth it to me. Sometimes you have to pick your battle.

just refund sahaja, although i know it is hurt and unfair because seller's mistake and buyer has to waste time to repack and return.

no choice one. you see like we kena scam by scammers, we also need to waste our time to make plice report

or our bank acc get froze by the bank and although we are victim, we also need to spend time to clarify

right

many things are unfair in this world but those who commits salah, they themselves need to bear the karma.

Once I ordered an iron and there was ironing board FOC. Somehow I received 2 ironing board instead.

Contact seller and the investigation showed that they mistakenly sent 2 iron to another customer buying same iron. So, I just need to go to nearby JnT for free return of one of the ironing board. After several days I called seller when I should expect my iron. The seller told me that they have yet to receive the iron from another customer. Seems like the customer location is quite rural thus take longer to return.

This means even if it was the seller problem, it became my accountability to bear the inconvenience. The shop can just send me another one from the shop and just need re-stock the one returned by the other customer. Poor customer service relationship sad.gif

Have done it many times on both Shopee & Lazada. Every single time FOC and 100% hassle & stress free

Dunno what TS doing to be so stressed out over small matter

i cant brain those who defend shopee/seller ... and say its part and parcel of buying online yada yada...sohai ?

if buyer from ulu place purposely buy something because they have no transport or inconvenient to go out .... faced with this kind of bullshit ... u say just accept it ? spend money/time to get refund ? lmao

shopee as middleman should arrange pickup for wrong item.. if not issue partial refund for that wrong size L.. end of story.

keep fighting for it TS...

That's why I said poor customer relation service.

Only two reason I can think of:
1) They are lazy to change record which serial number has been sold in system
2) Their system not allowed to alter data on good has been sold.

Forgot the shop name but has good review. My feeling is that this shop is not home based but has well known quite big retail store. smile.gif
