Wait what? I know its frustrating to get the wrong item but going abbout that big hoop so that the seller will pick up the package from you?
just return to the drop off point. Done. Settle, get refund. I've gotten some damaged or incorrect items also. Sometimes have to send back to drop off point (which takes 5 mins), sometimes, they dont even bother, they just do a straight refund (especially for items that is direct from china). |

Okay, so everyone here is siding with Shopee.
Also, how is it fair that a proportionate shipping fee is not refunded for the incorrect item? Shipping fee is around RM55 but the refund they are giving is EXCLUDING the shipping. How does that make sense? |

very obvious u have big issues because already opened the size M carton. That's why die die insist only return the L size.
I know by your standard shopee should let u refund only the incorrect size which is 1/3 of the price u paid. As u said it's their fuck up. But reality is a lot more complicated than that accounting wise, no one is going to go out of their way for rm50 stuff. Too much work, and too many fuck up that may happen along the way. It's easier to just refund u the whole thing. Really. no joke. Basically they can do it. But they won't. Especially when u go Karen mode like this. The ppl who handle your issues all makan gaji only, i think their only joy in life is to see Karen like u suffer. The only exciting part of their job. You made it interesting for them. lol |

Don't let Shopee off go all the way to kpdn and consumer tribunal and sue them in court including punitive damages and document your journey here. Fight for your rights and Malaysian consumers will thank you

Literally zero incentive to go out of their way to please you. Only family store from your local neighborhood can provide the budi bicara that u expected. Shopee refund got the option to pick up directly from ur place. I return a quite a lot of stuff from shopee. It's easier to just buy cling film from mr.diy shop. super handly. just warp around cover the package. It's not gift wraping, no need to be tight cantik. Don't be the type to demand for ppl daughter just because some fuck up la. Not tired meh becoming fighter everywhere u go. |

Got one time i buy cheap item, with other item value less that RM5, seller send wrong item i chat and inform to seller, he say can do exchange but i reply say no need la, so cheap item need return refund waste of time

Now if you have bought in bulk for the matter of re-selling, or fulfilling an order, or a size that you wont be able to use at all, then another story. |

You already can pack and drop-off with the amount of time you are creating this thread and replying.
There are rules and procedure in everything, so just follow. if every buyer has their own set of rules or 'view' then shopee and any sellers in the would would go bankrupt already. I'm curious, TS, if your car got problem or recall (not your fault), would you bring the car to the service center as instructed or would you die die want the service center staff to come and pick up your car?
And if you decided to bring the car to the service center yourself, would you die die want the service center to pay back the petrol money to you because it's not your fault? |

You raised up this issue on June 2, 2025 at 12:52 am under "Issue with Shopee order on Drypers Store". Obviously, you are mentally disturbed and unable to sleep when you first raised up the issue. You ordered 3 x carton of M size diapers and you received only 2 x carton of M size diapers plus 1 x carton of L size diapers. You are unhappy until today because shipping fees is non refundable and shopee wants you to return the whole 3 cartons receipt by you in order to process a full refund to you. However, you paid earlier by SPayLater and you already used some of the M size diapers. @crayzee & @piscess88 suggested you keep the L size diapers because they can be used later in the next couple of months. Chris my dear, You shopped online because of the savings and conveniences. Therefore, it is definitely not worth the savings and conveniences if you ever decide to pursuit the extra effort by complaining. Use the diapers, discard them after usage and move on with your life. Why this ts sound like a jibai entitled brat?
U want ur refund just return the item. Sheetpee make it so easy that they can pick up your item in the refund process. Question is, if its big bulky item and not yours why u still accept it? Sounds like u are freeloader and just wants everything your way. Rules are written not ur own jungle law. And whats the point of this tered? Anticipating favorable answers so u feel better doing it your way? Eg keeping the item and still get your refund? World dont revolve that way son. True story. |

Damn I as a buyer am being attacked fot being entitled, when the seller is wholly at fault for shipping an incorrect item.
Anyways no one answered my real question. I take it, no consumer protection laws governing this. |
