Seller don't have obligation to ship the correct items? By the way, in this case, the seller is Shopee Malaysia themselves.

I ordered 3 cartons. Each carton has 5 packs. The total shipping fee is RM55 and it is delivered by Best Cargo (lorry).

If it fits into a sedan, then it's not bulky. If u need a MPV then it is bulky.

The logic to require customer sending back the wrong item (free return) is becuz they worry some customer simply take any other low value item and claim the seller sent wrongly

It's hard for Shopee to judge whether the customer is scamming or not with just ur words, so die die have to return, it's free anyway

what are you complaining seriously?

yes, seller has obligation to send correct item, but they are humans and humans make mistakes. don't make it seem like you never made mistakes. i've had my fair share of getting faulty, incorrect items.

you seriously rather go through the hassle of complaining than to just drop it off at a nearby courier- SPX/MBE, etc? so much for "don't intend fo waste any time".

plus, you've already mentioned it's INCORRECT item, why the heck would you want to keep it if it's bulky?

damn illogical and problematic buyer.
