Have done it many times on both Shopee & Lazada. Every single time FOC and 100% hassle & stress free

Dunno what TS doing to be so stressed out over small matter

Shipping service was consumed. Therefore payment is required.

Does Shopee policy say shipping fee will be refunded for incorrectly shipped items?
