Why this ts sound like a jibai entitled brat?
U want ur refund just return the item. Sheetpee make it so easy that they can pick up your item in the refund process.
Question is, if its big bulky item and not yours why u still accept it?
Sounds like u are freeloader and just wants everything your way. Rules are written not ur own jungle law.
And whats the point of this tered? Anticipating favorable answers so u feel better doing it your way? Eg keeping the item and still get your refund? World dont revolve that way son.
