With a proper contract, late projects delivery should be charged with LAD, contractor won't took more jobs than what can they deliver

Proper contractor usually will charge more, consumer prefer cheaper price hence they got into these lousy contractor with more hidden cost in the long run

What is so hard to use, you can even verify yourself or buy yourself if you don't believe.

I knew there were a large group of renovation contractor from Vietnam.

They can beat local contractor by 30%~50% lower in quotation.

It's not a news anymore.

I don't deny some workers never put in effort to improve their skills.
Wet cement - forever only knew how to do brick & plaster.
Tiler - forever just want to do tiling.

I came across a group of vietnamese who could sapu electrical, water piping, cement, tiling, iron works, all by themselves.

But managed by local chinese contractor. But before i approve,i get wireman who has license from TnB to do inspection before paying
