China company do business in malaysia get financial assistance from mainland. We malaysian ask for downpayment client also susah mau approve. Somemore expect us to finish like china company timeline?
Progress payment also take ages to approve. Somemore 45 to 60days term.

If we can finance entire peoject, better put $$$ in bank earn interest.

I’d rather hire bangla. I’ve been to a project tht uses mostly mainland workers. Brochure and actual looks miles a part.

As you enter the building, can easily tell that the quality is lower than even sub-par.

Maybe there are better ones like forest city but the one I went to is a so called affordable premium development somewhere near Bangi.

A lot of Msian that bought sinks, taps and showers are finding out online looking awesome but after 6 months of usage these things starts to rust, peel off and de-colorised!

Nothing new, actually.

Xiamen University Malaysia also hired PRC for interior fit-out.
A restaurant in Kuchai Lama, KL, also hired China sifu for renovation.

In the Kuchai Lama case, the works were actually delayed for months, as the owners were waiting for the China sifu to come over. But they would rather wait than hire locals.
