I know house reno by some contractors need to take 2-3 months even though everything need cash upfront.

When I bought my house and did my reno, I was expecting my contractors to focus everyday at my house, but what I got is that they'll go missing a few days, then, come back do a bit and then go missing again.

U sure trust them to do wiring without following our local laws ? If fire happen and bomba investigate, say GG to your insurance claim lol

Is it ? Tell that to TnB lol. If china workers use their cheap wiring which is not sirim approved, haha GG liao

This because of the unfairly structured contract to the consumer become the standard

With property contract, late projects delivery should be charged with LAD, contractor won't took more jobs than what can they deliver

Proper contractor usually will charge more, consumer prefer cheaper price hence they got into these lousy contractor with more hidden cost in the long run
