You mean Apple trade-in? Why not? They give you 14 days to do that. You can use your new phone first and they will only pick up the old iPhone later.

Won't la. So far, I have never heard anyone here sharing before getting the value lower than the advertised. The courier service is contracted by Apple, for my case it was Pos Malaysia. The guy came with a proper box and plastic, sealed in front of me.

Do they allow trade-in with two phones together (iPhone 15 + iPhone 11)?

I've tried once walk-in at TRX Apple Store before, they inspected on the spot and gave the gift card right after, just within short of time only.

I think only one device online, but if you walk in, you can trade-in more than one device and get a gift card.

when do you think the iphone Air review will comes out?

If you have a lot of data to be transferred from your old phone, it could take hours. So sit at Switch and wait for hours to transfer?

normally next wed/thurs - i think youtubers are only allowed to release the review video 1 to 2 days before the actual start selling date of iphones.

my wife's shop is just next to switch, lel.

Foreign youtubers will most likely release the review on the general availability day..so 19th..

Local youtubers will only get the iphones on 19th..at least tht how i think it works based on my experience.

That how it works with Apple Malaysia..

Apple dont hv embargo date..unlike other brands.

Then it would not be so bad. But for you only. Other customers would have to spend hours there transferring their data over before handing over their phone. Or backup to pc/laptop before surrendering the phone at Switch.

They could just implement the same SOP as the Apple Store. After all, if no old phone is returned, no refund will be made as the full cost is still charged upon purchase. So, they won't have any loss anyway.

no. based on past many years, it will be earlier, at least 1 to 2 days before actual selling day.

the youtubers they get the phones now to review already, they just cannot publish the video until the date mentioned.

last year the youtubers release the review video on 18 september 2024, actual selling date is 20 september 2025.

so 17 September 2025 surely the review video will be out. Let's bet to see who is the accurate one.
