QUOTE(JimbeamofNRT @ Apr 30 2025, 10:10 AM) gee, sounds like sales agent pitch to me bro You are welcome to suggest another township, maybe Puchong South is also ok if your area of activity is more towards Cheras/SUbang Jaya instead of Shah Alam/PJ. There are people who die die want a landed home but can't afford prime location or renovation for subsale house, so they need to give up some convenience.

Stay close to the city = House expensive price sqf Stay far from the city = Stuck in the traffic congestion going/back work

i am surprised many still doubts the article even though its the truth. power of sales rep sugar coatings and fake social media promotions
alot of people are defensive and protective of this situation claiming that it's "normal" to have congestion. but people do not understand that elmina is basically middle of nowhere, majority of the time you really do need to travel out to get things done
it isn't like in PJ or in KL whereby even though there is congestion, you do not really need to travel that far to get things done.
i think the biggest unfortunate thing about elmina is alot of the buyers are defensive and protective about the negative image, hence trying to sugar coat the situation which is not going to improve the place any better. the developers didn't even need to do any rectification because their buyers are promoting the place itself (due to concern of devalue). end up their products still sell off like hotcakes
potential buyers really need to experience the situation themselves, those positive sugar coated comments on social media is far from the truth
