The problem with Elmina is always the connectivity .. even it they blocked the other township traffic they will merged eventually on the highway

The highway only have Dash and NKVE which both are heavy traffic routes .. other huge development have lot of alternatives

1 thing that I don't understand why some people purchase a house/apartment in an area where there are no alternative roads that you can use to avoid jam, flood and other natural causes.

Just because the house design looks pretty, it doesn't mean that you need to buy it. You have to survey around the areas tons of times before you decide to buy the house.

Buy where there’s alternative transport like trains. Even if it means living in an apartment. Landed houses are overrated anyway.

Yeah la. Elmina Memang tuck at a dead end.
Sales agent will say well connected.
Got Dash got GCE. Even say 12 mins to KLCC ( that’s driving at 150km/hr at mid night when go no car. !

The fact is GCE connect to NKVe which is a bottle neck. All other NKVE exit like subang , Damansara or Duta also bottle neck.

DASh- Memang kena conned- no direct in and out to Elmina.

Then they will say Elmina and Denai are side by side. Bro and sister. Well planned out township.

But they are very much lacking- international school, hospital, good mall.
And remember- SD Memang not good at their commercial.

Well- hope the master plan is complete and not so much more new development ba. Else traffics will only get worse.
Let see if they start building more condo/mix development.

And oh ya…. No LRT and MRT too

So…. WFH and Study from home is the way forward.

Make it a gated and guarded community. Block outsiders from using the roads.
