1 thing that I don't understand why some people purchase a house/apartment in an area where there are no alternative roads that you can use to avoid jam, flood and other natural causes.

Just because the house design looks pretty, it doesn't mean that you need to buy it. You have to survey around the areas tons of times before you decide to buy the house.

Yes it's true, Puncak Alam is too far to go anywhere. You buy at Setia Alam is much better than Puncak Alam.
