I got consider from onePlus China, but I too rely Google AI & ChatGPT. Worry can’t integrate well with China rom

very simple, if you use Google ecosysytem alot buy only Global set. China set is for like myself who dont bother much about issues later as long as ordinary apps like Whatsapp can use.

the reason i buy China set is because of the high specs good price value. i dont use Gemini or other Google AI function that much so i dont really bother with it. only Google app i use is maps , drive, keep notes, lens, news, Google search, youtube, news only. for AI i use the fon build in AI function only. not google AI

Simple task like AI eraser, 4k clarity enhance picture works very well. But for other AI like Breeno which is similar to Samsung Bixby & Gemini, I didn't try cos my mandarin is kindergarten level only.

Price keep increase look at OnePlus 13 here almost 4k. Meanwhile China ROM set only 2.3k for 256gb. Only the expensive 512gb available here. Also for this year Global ROM seems like only 512gb is available, if you want 256gb only has China ROM only. Realme IQOO also good quality at lower prices than OnePlus 13. Basically too many choices for users nowadays to buy from. OnePlus is no longer the only flagship killer like last time

I'm looking for a phone to replace my s21 with budget around 3k. was looking at the s25 for around that price. now i'm considering op13 china rom as the specs seem better. I'm visiting china sometime this year, is it a good idea for me to buy straight from there? is there a lot of things to setup when I bring it back here?

Right now its no more the flagship killer but the flagship itself, with flagship prices as well.

Oneplus 13 CN set also cant run Oxygen OS "directly" because the Oneplus purposely made it harder to do so this round so that you would buy the international sets instead.

8 months of using my OP13 battery health is now 97% only. But still good n lasting.

The 8E & 9400 chip is very power effective , it help alot to extend the battery life , now android phone with this 2 chip can easily last a day without big problem.
