try to flash old firmware or do a factory reset.
It happen on my fren and my fren fixed it by reset it & keep to old firmware.

by premium if i not mistaken they only cover the ultra version only..but somehow weird also becoz my frenis not using ultra...he's using base model also but they gave the repair foc just need to pay labor fee like around 80 RM

actually they have a program to repair it FOC for the first time if there is a green line problem happen to the phone. becoz these green line problem is getting crazy so they do that program to replace the screen. this thing is also happening in india and samsung india offered them to do a one time FOC screen replacement. but samseng malaysia really like cibai one till now silent about this problem.

maxis took my 12 pro max from 2020 for 2200 when i traded it for a 16 pro max 2 month ago

Same. Been using Samsung flagship phones for 12 years before my A54, never had screen issues.

Statistically, we are much much more likely to have an OK screen than a bad screen. The bad screen owners are, understandably, much more upset and therefore much more vocal.

I would worry about my screen developing this problem about as much as I would worry about getting into a plane crash.

samsung is known to make pathetic screen panels and they also part of screen panel manufacturer for iPhone. doh.gif
Other companies include BOE & LG.

120Hz screen refresh phone + samsung screen panel = disaster

that's why i bought iPhone 15 that uses 60Hz, which I don't see much significance when comparing side by side with iPhone 15 Pro previously.

so far no problem on the screen after a year of usage.

besides, 120Hz refresh rate on a puny phone size screen size <11" are not that significant. yawn.gif

my iPad Pro M1 12.9" 5G are miles better and much more significance of its 120Hz ProMotion scrolling smoothness.
