Start at home. Don't buy high sugar content food then you won't grab them when you are hungry.
Then once normalized, then start with other places where you might eat/drink (office, kopitiam, etc)

i change to other addiction. i went from sugar addiction to porn addiction . now transitioning from chronic masturbation to chronic smoking.

same experience... but if I really get myself busy gila, I totally forget food n drink...miss nothing... Not even feel hungry... Maybe too lax end of year... But I hate d stress when top busy...

I eat 5 eggs with half slice avacado if can every morning. Fat and protein combined produce high insulin resistance .

So if ate some sugary stuff, i don't feel sluggish and gain weight easily.

the sugaR is not the problem the problem is because everything sangat senang di dapatkan nowadays, unlike old time i want makan candy bought from kedai runcit I'm either walk 15 minutes or auntie style cycle with basket 7 minute traveling

If you rly want to cut yourself all this you need to live like old time/poor way like ppl said you tak pernah susah you sure tak tahu apa panggil susah is like no pain no gain wait until your leg is cut off only you tahu apa itu panggil susah.

sounds more like diabetes/prediabetes to me.

go do hba1c test for prediabetes/diabetes at farmasi. cost less than rm100.

if result u r prediabetes then congrats theres still way to turnaround. google search and imagine if kena diabetes how hard is ur life your life gonna get.

after that if u feel sked, then automatically u will find way to reverse ur condition. if there's a will there's surely a way.
