few years ago, i just cant stand sweet drinks, can control intake to only drink sweet drinks on weekend...nowadays, i always drink iced mocha...not because i like the drink itself, just that, i love buying it, and have some quiet time at cafe after finished.. next day still fell like want to buy again

too much coffee also, almost every day must drink iced mocha....comparing to last few years before covid, i never enjoyed coffee much anyway
for me, its the trend that got me i guess...but, ive been excercising more frequent though, so, maybe can offset abit al the sweet things
