i started my exercise journey 3-4 years ago. first few months totally cut sugar. how i do it? "imagine you when you have sex your belly is banging the girl instead of your dick. " now on and off i just take some sugar things when doing 100kms rides, or 20-30km run. Many years back attended colleague wedding, he is quite over-weight. 1-2 years later wife pregnant.
Then told him, look at himself and his siblings. ALL overweight! Advice him to raise his kids appropriately with enough exercise with sufficient carbo, minimum sugar. One decade later his 4 kids all slim, healthy athletics. 👏 |
