 How you stop sugar addiction?

Once a while eat high sugar food, biscuits / soft drink
after finished.. next day still fell like want to buy again

It's very difficult to cut sugar from diet

Do you force yourself to hard stop sugar intake?

Start with your drinks intake. No can/bottle carbonated, sugary and soft drinks, even repacked marigold orange etc air balang a big NO. Instant coffee, go for 2 in 1 only.

All table order drinks, ask for 'kosong' only. Omit condensed milk, change to evaporated milk.

Do that for a start, 6-10 months.

why want to cut?

just reduce the amount

choose 2 in 1 coffee or instant coffee

choose sugar free alternatives

Start with drinks, many years ago i always make milo almost every morning. Then i start replace with plain water, lunch and dinner all plain water. It's normal that you're not use to it in early stage, but after awhile you be fine. Second stage is slowly stop taking high sugar food or snacks, i mean chocolate bar, lots of candies, kuih, cakes, donut etc.

Most important is your discipline, else your diet be useless.
