i rarely eat sugary stuff, coz i dont cannot tahan manis2...all those deserts, or cakes etc, really dont like to eat, but teh ais qbistro and any iced mocha, those i can drink no problem... sweat.gif

you will noticed a lot of thing cannot eat
reason why you feel like next day want to buy again was
because your insulin level is still high, need higher bloodsugar to process insulin
best just stop taking sugar
can do want, want or not only
my way of going for taste is Salsa salad, with balsamic vinegar

constantly drink warm water instead of sweet drinks it does help with reducing the intake, but it doesn't help my crave for dessert. i still enjoy sweet dessert no matter is chinese tong sui, kuih muih, mithai or Pâtisserie... i'm like reduce on sweet drinks but dessert still remain. sweat.gif

i once ate a tong sui sweeten with stevia... wanted to flip table already. after that i add little sugar to "fix" the taste

i once visit a TCM sifu, he mentioned except it's decaffeinate coffee and depends types of beans and roast level, coffee o without sugar is quite bad for stomach due to it's acidic. a little sugar will do, not necessary to taste sweet. else add milk
