Coming soon, the roundabout on the left of the map, will open to another side of the southkey area. It should elevate the jam a bit but those seeking for a quick path to bakar batu and edl wont be benefited much.

Both actually. If Jln Skudai too jam, paradigm mall ppl either take the taman road to escape or jam into jln skudai. But because the car park design is not very good, the jam is more likely to be internal during peak hours.

If come from JB side, then the flyover into paradigm mall is famous for jam due to the volume enter, even if jln skudai is not jam.

not really cause i will always come from the east side of the jb. This route is more applicable for those staying in Sutera Utama and TUTA side only. Kempas side not benefited from tis.

This is KL Eco City (just beside Mid Valley KL)

I think Mid Valley Southkey JB and Paradigm Mall JB should have many flyover or interchange for easier access to the mall entrances and exits.

Southkey might have that kind of space for additional flyovers.

Paradigm mall might be harder. In the first place, paradigm mall design and layout was planned decades ago before it stop for years.

dunno southkey doing new bridges or not but I notice they doing new housing development opposite, near the flats

which is not accessible itself directly thru southkey megamall, unless jam into Bayu and go from the inner route

u can literally see the place opposite while exiting car park, but u cant access directly, if tat road is made possible, I think the jam maybe not as bad

you mean the kampung area directly to the north of MV right? MV probably doesnt want kg ppl to flood its road.

Wont be cheap. the first 4km land from city center or causeway, is already pretty much full. Expanding to 6km to 10km, these area are considered premium now.

Technically, it should be considered as urban area. haha

yea, but as u can see from the plan, its literally next to the flats and after the kampung
I wonder would they have access road to mid valley or not
