really regret buying my psp from mario...soli for those mario shop fans,but 4 me,it is likely very dissapointed...
1st,although mario has provided d cheapest price 4 d console at penang,but overall,after i had done d survey,i discover that d price they provide not special oso.y?d reason is d thing they gv is lesses then others...others give av cable(RM30),crystal case(RM19.9) and also usb cable,so it is possible that their price wil b higher.but although mario give d accessories is oso not bad,but when i open up to test d remote earphone,directly,it cannot function!!!(WTH).obviously it is very clear that those remote is quite not so useful as others mention.

2nd,after purchasing fr them,in d 3rd day d console ade facing problem!major is not any song can be transfer in my console!!and d battery they give only can withstand 3hour++(normal 5-6 hour v ful power).so,think of it,y cant d console b perfect?y cant they juz provide use d best package to advoid those unnessasary problem?

3rd,i 2day go their shop to ask for their help.u noe what?they give me unculculated reason for those problem that occur.yet,they stil mention that they wont gv us pirated battery and their console is imposible got problem..so they blame that is my song quality make it cant b open in d console..what they say is d song cant open cause it not fix d kbps,format,codec,and file size requirement.>>>????what is that?not all mp3 format file can open in console ma?got such thing?yet,after they try puting those song inside my console fr their pc,it stil cant b work.now i ask them again,then they said they oso dono,is hard to explain to me...hmm,ok,u dono how come i noe??weird....

4nd,after non-settle al those problem,i had to heard they nonsense excuse n take b my console try myself.but,when i called them to clean n fix b it to d crystal case,they said that d shop don hv any cloth,so ask me do by myself,and they juz buzy chit-chat beside...i'm on fire!!!fire in d hole!!!

finally,i went b without solving d problem and wasting my 2hour thr...
promise,i wont buy anymore console fr there!!!ever and after!!!

Agreed with you. I bought my XBOX 360 frm Mario as well, and DIE in just 3 months. So for fellow penang bros, please dont buy anything from them. I should have listen to my friend who advice me earliar. Regret now

hmmm... sorry to heard bout that... but my console so far so good... hope it wont hav any problem, if not i hav to drive all the way from kedah to their shop to boom them...

*bout the mp3 format, i thought only can support 1 type of format? m4a format? accounding to the PSP MANUAL (if im not mistaken)...
*bout the battery, mine can stand 4-5 hours, cuz i always play half way den go check the battery time but sometime show 3 hours left den later show 3.30+ hours left, kinda confuse with the time also...
*bout remote earphone, u cannot claim for warranty ar? 1 to 1 exchange? i din use remote earphone since i bought till now...

XBOX 360 die? i thought the old batch XBOX 360 the chipset got problem wan? 3 light all ON together? 3rod? but my fren told me the latest batch XBOX 360 wont hav this problem, if got can 1 to 1 exchange... ampang game shop...

I guess Mario from BJ do have some issues with integrity. Well then, I guess it's time to explore other places. I had checked a few shops during the weekends (again) to see what options they provide and after sales services option.

The price gone up a bit on weekends - I have no idea why but it happens.

ACE quote me RM789, Games Tower quote me RM820 and Game tech quote me RM799 for PSP whole packages.

Please note that I am not saying that we will just ignore Mario and don't take any action. For now, I think that even complaining to consumer rights association is worthless because I had tried that and their "investigation" is very disappointing.

Anyway, do you all have any idea on how to let people know such problems on some consoles shops? Bear in mind, only positive and productive ideas are appreciated.

mario service is really totally bad and worst!!d worker there cant even serve me when i got problem...what they wan is juz sell the console and get the customer away.they really don mind that d console will got any problem and wont even try the best to solve it!!what they can do is juz blame blame blame!!(fact is really d console got problem but they said is d song quality itself problem).after they try the way that suppose to work,but stil yet it didn't solve the problem.then they wil discus quietly between themselves how to blame it in d other way.such cheating way how come they stil can selling thing?better get lost!!!
after bought my console fr them,i really regret.prefer to paid more to buy fr gametech at least they r more responsible and d shop looks nicer.mario shop is juz like a pasar malam stall tat sell watever things that u wan but without gurentee it can works.

I've not bought a new console yet. However from my experience, bought PS2 from ACE in 2003, its been going strong till now. Don't bother to bargain, but the extra $$$ paid is better for the quality product. The older guy, and the 'fat' one are knowledgable.

GameMaster only for games, as the current staff just all 'blur' and aloof to me. As someone said before, more interested in doing thier own thing.

Games tower is new, and the guy is friendly. He also willing to order stuff for you.

Mario - @1 stop also okay. Bought Guitar Hero (Flying V) controller from them, quite good. Games tower also willing to order, but better to feel first right.

Have not gone to BJ to look for consoles, therefore can't comment on the shops there.

On servicing, most GameShop straight quote for replace parts. But in my experience a lot of non-major problems you can solve yourself, with help from some guides off the net. (if you dare).

The Wii price in Penang is ...well I should say Normal. I never asked before because that is the least priority console for me.

However, I heard the shopkeep once told a customer that the Wii price is never going to be dropped too drastically because of the low supply in all over the place.

ok....i am here to share what i bought at ACE pulau tikus...erm just like normal...PSP RM770...a pouch(RM28-doesn't charge it's included in the package just telling the price),4GB memory stick,an earphone(quality of the sound ),3 games ISO ....didn't compress to CSO.....,screen protector and the version is 3.90 m33-3 ...the shop contact number is 042276261....they said the price might be going up soon...so i feel that i am quite lucky.....i bought it about 2 weeks still works well....and another external 4gb memory card cost RM100........
