There's indoor ULTRA5G coverage in Subang Parade. Presumably that's the device they are broadcasting from. Can someone ID it?

Huawei Lampsite pRRU
KLIA T1 also got this but haven't enabled / provisioned

For UMULTRA5G Outdoor, so far I noticed they use either MetaAAU LTE + NR two tiang or BladeAAU Pro 2in1 LTE+NR

So after that DNB 5G will fully owned and control by this 3 telcos?? That means they can enable their own 5G with their existing infra?

Sometimes they will mix and match. One or more sector(s) with BladeAAU and the remainder with MetaAAUs.

There are many unlit BladeAAU sites I've noticed. Are they waiting for backhaul?

Also KL Sentral station has ULTRA5G coverage now.

So far what I noticed from a tower nearby my house that uses microwave as backhaul, they will replace it with a bigger microwave antenna perhaps to increase bandwidth, then only they will enable N78 broadcast.

If u want fully SA experience on UMULTRA and DNB then P98 is a must
Otherwise any U Mobile plan OR roaming that can tap into U Mobile works, like the SIMBA i show

got it! in roaming case. it is using roamed telco network. it doesn't really test the actual ultra5g. simba is using n1. "2100mhz" and n40 "2300mhz" from what I know. it has nothing to do with n28

I mean SIMBA user from SG tap into U Mobile network when the user are physically IN Malaysia

Then at that point they will tap in U Mobile network, all the band are using roamed telco network aka U Mobile ULTRA5G when it is in the available coverage

Nope. ULTRA5G is available for postpaid and prepaid.

Only 5G SA (both DNB and ULTRA5G) is available on their most expensive postpaid plans. Everyone else is on NSA.

UM is really leading the pack with their in building coverage deployment

DNB in building coverage is pretty much non-existent, only KLCC has it I guess

I'm surprised a "dying" mall like Subang Parade has indoor 5G coverage (on U Mobile) and not Mid Valley.

You can even get it in the parking garage.

Well, gov cannot pump money anymore. The only hope is for those 3 telcos to manage it.

Hopefully 3 major telcos will bring back DNB 5G again.. felt dead now no improvement on coverage or Network quality
