So now,I was able to put some details for the launch vehicle,& I was very upset for not being able to render all the other small details since my laptop is keep crashing everytime I press the render button.

On this render,I only show some important details like the engines, pump, interstage skirt,& helium container & RP-1 tank.Still got lot more to go like the main fuel line, maintainence door, work stage, retro rocket container & ullage rocket for main propulsion tank.....but I think atleast for now I happy with all the small details outcome that really give my render a great impact. biggrin.gif

my leisure work, after knowing a bit on how to modelling using Blender software, in previous school i learned using 3d Max though, except that on that time im still not interested in 3D modelling like i am enjoying today, fufu.

p/s: there are obvious amount of grains/noises visible due to the less value of Integrator has been set for rendering using Cycles render, basically the more value you put the less noises it will produce, but the rendering process also will increases >.<

So finally got some more time for update, here is it.

After SC-III stage thrusting, the SC-IIIA stage is now performed by pulling out the LM & release the orbital spacecraft to orbiting the moon.

user posted image

After the Orbital spacecraft was jettisoned, the CSM would performed rendezvous maneuver by using thruster & retro motor to spin the rocket & make the seperation of LM from the SC-III

user posted image

Commencing the Midcourse Correction SPS(Service Propulsion System) to take the LM to moon.

user posted image

Moon orbit rendezvous.

user posted image

Then orbiting the moon using the service main engine before part of crew transferred to LM for seperation of LM from CM.

user posted image

Finally the seperation of LM & the touchdown process is begin.

well, that embarrassing flaws which I carelessly calculated the object's position, some of them not really touched the floor thus explains the weird shadow thing you mentioned, will take note on this in my future works, thanks for the comment though sweat.gif notworthy.gif

Eh,no...still far from it. blush.gif biggrin.gif

Here is some more rendering of the SPS mode before the spacecraft reach the lunar orbit & the CSM would made the LM Lunar Orbit Insertion' manuever by using the SPS to generated the much needed "aerobraking" manuever to slow down the spacecraft & then commanding the seperation of LM from CSM to enter lunar orbit.

user posted image

After the insertion of LM from CM to lunar orbit, the LM would be piloted by 3 astronauts who will guide the LM to the planned landing site,in which the landing site would be examined by Mission Control Centre(MCC)on earth, that was received by the Orbital spacecraft that do the surveying job.

Meanwhile the CSM would be orbiting the moon to be ready for evacuation mission if something going wrong with the LM guidance system or system error which would halt the landing mission & LM Abort mode would be commanded.

user posted image

Surveying the landing site,& the CSM would followed the LM as closely as possible to be ready for "LM Abort Mode".

user posted image

After carefully planning the landing site the LM would use the Reaction Control System(RCS) that was mated on all 4 side of the ascent stage to control the LM for touchdown procedure.

user posted image

Lunar surface touchdown was finally done.

user posted image

Now the astronaut would pull the side stowage folded ladder to climb down the from the LM ascent stage to finally getting themselves on lunar surface.

More to come....but as the render time increased for each succession of modeling & the extra & add-on needed for the next scenes, the progress would be quite slow by now...(the last 2 render is 14 hours(touchdown) & 44 hours(Astronaut climbed down the ladder) respectively, all in high resolution big render of 4000x3000 & mid setting of GI) sweat.gif
