This would be my first time posting in this thread, but I'd like to share some of my works so far. Most of them are from my current course so please don't expect anything industry-standard. The following link is my latest one, did it about 2-3 months ago. There are other videos in my youtube channel as well so please feel free to view them.

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Very nice. Maybe you should make an animation like OH suggested. Although if your client is NASA, they wouldn't be happy seeing their shuttle explode. |

QUOTE(azam_halim @ Jan 26 2012, 04:44 PM) just wondering..do you guys here can also do architectural visualization? i work in an architectural firm and we have someone to do 3d of our project if needed but its safe to say that the outcome is like 20% of the quality posted here...btw, how much you guys charge? If your colleague can only deliver 20% of what you see here, you need to get a better replacement. Try contacting the people who have uploaded their work here before. |

QUOTE(Cyprid Dark ii @ Feb 14 2012, 10:28 PM) So now,I was able to put some details for the launch vehicle,& I was very upset for not being able to render all the other small details since my laptop is keep crashing everytime I press the render button. Let me know if you need help rendering cyprid. I got my trusty i7. On this render,I only show some important details like the engines, pump, interstage skirt,& helium container & RP-1 tank.Still got lot more to go like the main fuel line, maintainence door, work stage, retro rocket container & ullage rocket for main propulsion tank.....but I think atleast for now I happy with all the small details outcome that really give my render a great impact. ![]() Spaceflight vehicle summary/diagram. QUOTE(Cyprid Dark ii @ Feb 24 2012, 12:33 AM) So finally got some more time for update, here is it. Looks like the project is finally complete. After SC-III stage thrusting, the SC-IIIA stage is now performed by pulling out the LM & release the orbital spacecraft to orbiting the moon. ![]() After the Orbital spacecraft was jettisoned, the CSM would performed rendezvous maneuver by using thruster & retro motor to spin the rocket & make the seperation of LM from the SC-III ![]() Commencing the Midcourse Correction SPS(Service Propulsion System) to take the LM to moon. ![]() Moon orbit rendezvous. ![]() Then orbiting the moon using the service main engine before part of crew transferred to LM for seperation of LM from CM. ![]() Finally the seperation of LM & the touchdown process is begin. ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us |

Very nice, but I find the hot metal barrels and the smoke kinda distracting. Maybe if the smoke was more subtle? And how about adding some scanlines to the green projection like the holograms in Star Wars? It looks too perfect right now.
