That's a single phase inverter. Is your household supply single phase or 3 phase? If 3 phase, always best to choose 3 phase inverter.
I got 6.37kWp with Huawei 3 phase 5kW hybrid inverter for about the same price. Which is why I say for the same price & kWp, take the Huawei inverter.

Ask for Solis brochure. Cannot seems to find your model ending with S. Because there's a newer model that can accept higher current

I think the app they are using is Solaroo’s own mobile app. Any idea how bad it is for this app?

Useless app from what their customer feedback. Reason for micro inverter is can see individual panels generations but their app don't have this feature.

Change to Huawei Inverter add 3k

From what I have survey so far, the pricing seems to be the cheapest. Any comments here from the specs?

Maybe should consider a slightly larger system? The saving is rather optimistically high. Or if possible ask the person to share system log data of those that have install similar system and check if can generate that much savings. The estimated sun hour is 3.3, but I think maybe 3 is more realistic.

I am guessing you are using close to 1000 kwh per month? Just my opinion, I think 14 Panel of about 8.5 KWp system maybe better with higher capacity inverter as well.

I think i’m ok so far using circa 7+ kwp system since my monthly bill is around 300 only. But yeah I wonder if Longi’s panel is able to generate 610w per panel compared to other brands like Trina, Jinko where its rates at 590w per panel?

As for the panel, I think it is quite reliable, will have same variation but should be in within range. Besides Peak sun hour is a variable itself to begin with so it is OK.

Just note that the sales agent who quote you RM419 savings for a 7+ kwp system is slightly too optimistic and I think does not reflect real world scenario.

The panels are fine, I would however opt for a better inverter if it was my system. A GoodWe, Huawei or Solis. Also, my vendor don't charge me extra for EPP 36 months, so if comparing the system of the same size + Huawei 3 phase hybrid inverter and 36 months EPP... nope, your quotation is not the cheapest, just FYI.

Finally found a company that provides Solar Panel as replacement for Awning.
As my house require awning to shield the rain and sun on the 1st floor, was thinking to save cost by having solar panel as electricity generator and sun/rain shield. And they quoted me this:

Wondering how you can guess it correctly

I have asked many solar panel suppliers
And many said can't support as awning due to the weight of the panel
Except this Epsilon
So still skeptical if it really works

Only Epsilon & me selling thinkpower for now!
Ask for a shop drawing of the awning. I remember there was another vendor offering solar as awning but just cannot remembered whom!
