My S22U kena light saber on 2 years plus... luckily that time I bought from senheng 1+2 free warranty. Sudah tukar d

I had my s22 plus screen replaced at Lowyat Samsung service center. no such offer. rm600.

That time still have the citibank free 2 years warranty... My S20U also kena at the 2 years +.. that one is total white screen.. suspect is ribbon issue

Hi guys. Joining the light saber club.

S23 Ultra, pink vertical line. Appeared after updated to Ui 7.0 few days ago.

Warranty is out of question. Didn't buy the samsung care plus either.

Ready to jump ship to other brand. Goodbye Samsung.

8 May - Went to Samsung at The Garden Mall to buy Galaxy Tab S10+ Asked the staff about the free screen replacement program. Staff said got, just bring the phone.
9 May (Friday) - Brought my dad's old S22 with multiple green and purple lines. Said need to send to HQ for inspection to check for water or physical damage (drop) and call me.
14 May (Wednesday) - Samsung The Garden Mall call and said screen replacement done by HQ and phone ready for collection at The Garden Mall. Paid RM86 for labour fee.

Screen replacement is not applicable if water or physical damage found. My dad's phone got some scratches, but it was okay.

Maybe physical damage refers to cracked screen.

What phones are entitled for this program? I asked and it is applicable for Note 20 Ultra series and newer. I heard that A series, Flip or Fold series not applicable, so maybe try your luck and ask them at SC
