does the daily transfer limit of RM50k based on 24 hour cycle ? or calendar days ?

all bank use calendar. pls share if any bank no follow?

calendar means start from 12 am lah

24hrs cycle also same like calendar, start from 12midnight is new calendar day.

But Rize dont follow your calendar day cycle lah

after reinstall go through same process as if u changed device and wait 12 hours before can do transfers

I found that you have to enable the notification so that it will ask you to setup the Passcode, then you can use already.

Can perform another transfer RM50,000 on 12 Dec 2024 9am without to wait 24 hours

If u say 24 hour cycle,
Perform Transfer RM50,000 which is max on 11 Dec 2024 10pm.
CANNOT perform another transfer RM50,000 on 12 Dec 2024 9am which still no yet wait for 24 hours

Ok I see your 24hr cycle meaning,

Yes is ridiculous to expect banks can allow
new cycle to start any where on the clock ..
Usually 1 cut off point only
12 midnight

Bank follow strictly calendar cycle but not Rize

If bank's I withdraw max RM50k 11.12.24 11pm,
After midnight is a new calendar day right.?
So I can withdraw another RM 50k after 12midnight, 1am, 3am, 6am

But can you do that with Rize? You cant

or to be more precise, Rize's calendar day cycle refreshes at GMT +0. Instead of GMT+8.

So you can withdraw 50k at 7am and another 50k at 9am, total 100k in 1 day..

Anyone encountered issue with glitch during transaction before? Just made a rm1k transfer to Maybank. Transaction failed but amount still deducted from my account. Just called up CS and they mentioned will take 3-5 days for refund. Really disappointed with this 😠

How come rize use GMT + 0?
Is it compliance with bank negara requirement to have daily withdrawan limit?

Wait for the announcement. Usually, on 31/12/24 around midnight reach 1/1/2025 post news.
