Tried to transfer out 50k for 2 days, and it always have different kind of error.. Duit not send, transfer fail etc..

Had to lower to 25k to 2 different accounts then only can reach the approval screen and finally successfully send out.

Boost Bank can finally increase transfer limit to 50k and no such trouble..

same, but mine just stuck there. went on to delete app and reinstall and having to bear with 12 hour cooldown

after reinstall go through same process as if u changed device and wait 12 hours before can do transfers

Now GO+ offers higher rate than Rize... 3.56% p.a. paid daily

Happened to me last month. Had the error message "Login failed. Please try again."

Reported to CS and they gave a 5 working days timeline. I could log in again after 5 working days. So good luck on the 5 working days cooling off period.

I think there's some big withdrawal going on with Rize / Al-rajhi recently....

They realized it's because of apps system creating issues... Many slowly losing faith with them....
