i am on S24 Ultra no root, it says i'm rooted..stock phone..unbelievable. Anyone else face same problem? Dont get why they didnt even test with the LATEST flagship phones..

thanks - that works - what a boatload of nonsense. Maybank (MAE) doesnt even care if i'm on developer mode. Developer mode != root - come on Rize!

Those use Android phone especially Samsung model that have enable Developer mode need to TURN OFF in order for the rize apps to work. Otherwise it will detect as rooted phone.

Just dont uninstall and reinstall the apps. If you do, it goes back to the verification stage etc. Oh gosh cooling period 12 hours. Font size need to re-adjust at phone as the apps overlay.

Now my phone not as smooth as before due to Developer mode turn off.

Rize enhanced looks abit slower with rize logo loading when clicking duitnow transfer every time.

Not sure is me only.

nah MAE does scan for developer mode. My phone ald kena. Need to disable developer mode only can use the app.

Rize doesn't want to take risk with our money. I respect that. There is nothing as being too safe.

Yesterday I'm taking out some considerable amount of money, and the blocked it, only to allowed me to transfer it after I contacted their CS. Ya I feel my money is safe with them.

Same with Public Bank

Unusual transaction straight get pending...

Heck even own account in others banks also cannot if $$$ involved is substantial....

i update my add on ios and cant even touch on the first screen after login. only button below like home, account transfer financing able to click. other part of app frozen.

edited : after few minutes, try to login, the app prompt to create pin and i can do normal trx

ugh new look app kinda buggy. Need to change text size smaller so you can access the numeric keys when setting up passcode on iOS.

Wonder why need to set up passcode again?
