i receive the first message to confirm the delivery address... after that no more further message from LG...
(especially the one u showed which it stated delivery is on the way and with tracking no one...)

my last replacement 6 months ago also exactly same prob...

and i need to manually call them then they started to tell me that to wait for another 2 to 3 working days...

my dispense button already changed to orange colour since last week....

After turning orange still got bout 10% capacity left

Try contact ur agent for help chasing LG

Hi guys just installed wd519an today. The power cable not long enough to reach my power point. Is it safe to use an extension solely just for the dispenser?

the filters had finally arrived. however, after i changed both the filters, the dispense button still shows yellow...

even i off the appliance and power on again still the same... what is the prob??

If u are using WD516, press and hold the cold water button for 3 sec to update the filter change schedule

I started renting the LG wd516an a year ago. Anyone know if I can ask to change to a different one? Do I need to pay extra?

If u bought outright, yes can change anytime u wish

If u are on 7 yrs contract, cannot. If terminate early, the penalty is equal to all remaining monthly rental payments

If on 5 yrs contract, can only change at the end of 3rd year (no penalty). New monthly rental follow new contract

Hi, recently only i noticed that my W516AN has these dew/droplet formed from cold at the both side of top back part of my machine even it is idling there and i rarely use COLD

It is normal right?

Hi guys, plan to use LG Water Purifier WD518AN in the office.

The benefit of tankless is unlimited water, but if I take a lot of hot water, will the induction heating stop automatically? Or can I get unlimited hot water at 75-85 degrees Celsius continuously?

If the induction heating stops, how long will it take to resume?
