Luckily I went for rental. So any prob LG will fix for me. So 7 years peace of mind ownership for the unit.

Damn… that time when I installed my water purifier there is no such bundle with air purifier else I dun mind to pay more for it..

Any way for existing water purifier user to also add on to get the air purifier?

Anyway, I have not been using air purifier and I do not really have sensitive nose etc. so air purifier is just simply optional.

Dun ever trust any agent. The moment u signed they disappeared.

Mine also same.

I dun expect to get any form of service from them.

When u received the SMS to confirm delivery address and confirm the delivery date. U better call up LG if no one comes to deliver after ur chosen date. Happened to me, so I called LG puricare hotline and only they make the arrangement for delivery to be done. Within 2 days of report, the replacement filter was arrived.

So for those who wants the filter to be delivered, make sure u call the hotline.

but if one request replacement of filters and he is paying installment by 7 years...

u mean is it possible that that let's say every year
filter A x 2 + filter B x 1 for one year

if 7 years the above should multiple by 7... = x no of filters in 7 years...

but one requested replacement earlier, it is possible for it to be x +1 or x +2 ... +3 ... depending how many extra filters requested but still free?

the LG puricare water filter their customer service is poor... every time when it is due for filter replacement, i will receive sms ask me to click a link to confirm the delivery address, then after i confirmed more than one month, also no replacement filter sent to me..

my last replacement also same... i need to call the customer service then they arrange for delivery of the replacement filter.

walau eh... if every replacement i also need to do this manually, what is the point of subscribing to the service????

i receive the first message to confirm the delivery address... after that no more further message from LG...
(especially the one u showed which it stated delivery is on the way and with tracking no one...)

my last replacement 6 months ago also exactly same prob...

and i need to manually call them then they started to tell me that to wait for another 2 to 3 working days...

the filters had finally arrived. however, after i changed both the filters, the dispense button still shows yellow...

even i off the appliance and power on again still the same... what is the prob??
