Yea, trade in program only applicable for competing brands that also offers subscription plan, sadly Amway is not one of them

Current promo is Rm50/mth for 516 (all colours) and 518 (beige and mint color) biggrin.gif

All models about the same, takes 50sec to dispense 1 litre

Are u looking to use it at office/shop? If so, can consider our floorstanding unit WS 510 and WS 410

Wow , that day pass by Harvey Norman and saw the new model 210 and so cute when put beside 518, lol ..

Are there any new promo after 5th January ?

Got, updated post #1 with the latest promo as soon as they're out thumbup.gif

Bear in mind 210 doesn't come with cold water and auto moving tap too

Depends on Cuckoo's term, but most probably need to pay penalty

LG side only free 3 mths subscription fee, we do not cover any penalty payable if u terminate contract of other brands

Since the newer models alrd equipped with auto sterilisation functions (UV for water spout, s/steel internal pipings allows for hot water flushing), the only service required is changing the filters and the normal wiping of the machines exterior, which are easy to perform

So LG offer self-service option at lower price since no need LG technician involve, LG just courier filters to u every 6 mths and u change urself, after that the machine auto flush the new filters for bout 7min then can resume usage as usual biggrin.gif

the LG puricare water filter their customer service is poor... every time when it is due for filter replacement, i will receive sms ask me to click a link to confirm the delivery address, then after i confirmed more than one month, also no replacement filter sent to me..

my last replacement also same... i need to call the customer service then they arrange for delivery of the replacement filter.

walau eh... if every replacement i also need to do this manually, what is the point of subscribing to the service????
