Just deposited some money with Boost embedded banking (via boost wallet login) 6th acc
5% JAR still got 4 available for deposits

But when i downloaded Boost Bank app on same device (Samsung Galaxy S24+)
unable to open. Uninstall and reinstall also same

Already emailed Boost support just asking if any one here had this issue resolved .

Hi, have u received urs yet? A few of us applied the debit card on 1st Oct, till today "In Transit".... takes even longer than Shopee sea shipping...

I just activated boost bank.

When during initial setup, need to put fund in so i put rm100.00 transfered from MBB. Money deducted from MBB but not reflected in Boostbank so i cannot activate the bank. So i transfered again using CIMB RM1.00 and that one on the spot is reflected in my Boost bank Acc and i can activated my acc.

Then Binding device, acc is in cooldown for more than24 hours kek.

Now just fully can use the App after nearly 36hrs. But RM100 from initial transfer still not reflected in boost bank. Just poor user experience in general

It is really annoying that boost bank have this bug of transactions not reflected.

My personal experience was the amount got transferred back QUIETLY to the bank account that initiated the transfer instead of reflecting in boost bank, after like 5 days. During these time, unable to reach them via call / email, like CS totally not existing.

Being an online bank but unable to support anything online is an absolute joke, not sure how they get their license from BNM.

Boost bank is really far far away from acceptable service level yet. I will move out all my money after the 5% event ended.

What if they raise it to 6% p.a. after the event ended?

based on what i see from the consignment note, here is the timeframe and seem like there is delay by courier. Else, i guess it should be delivered within 3 days. If 1 Oct till now still not receive, better just contact Boost to get tracking number.. FYI, even if delivered, the status still shown as In Transit.

Applied on 7/10 (cant remember if i applied late evening)
Consignment printed 8/10
Courier pick up 9/10
Arrived my area 10/10 early morning n sit there for few days.
Delivered on 14/10 9+am

Boost app animations too slow. Gx bank is nice and fast.but otherwise no complaint so far.

Yeah..GX bank app has been very good experience wise. Too bad they all their promo rates and cashback has ended or about to end soon.

Boost still has a lot of improvement to do
