Crap..transferred 50k via instant/duitnow to boost bank but not reflected since morning til now.

Called cs and they said system glitch and make report for me..dunno when i can get back the money..

Serious? it is so ridiculous !

for my case, the transferred amount was finally reversed and returned back to UOB instead of reflected in Boost bank.
which is good for me, I don't feel safe to have the amount with Boost Bank.

I am not sure Boost Bank know what they are doing, never able to reach CS or have any email respond from them..

It is really annoying that boost bank have this bug of transactions not reflected.

My personal experience was the amount got transferred back QUIETLY to the bank account that initiated the transfer instead of reflecting in boost bank, after like 5 days. During these time, unable to reach them via call / email, like CS totally not existing.

Being an online bank but unable to support anything online is an absolute joke, not sure how they get their license from BNM.

Boost bank is really far far away from acceptable service level yet. I will move out all my money after the 5% event ended.

Not only incoming fund had issue, outgoing transfer to another bank account also stuck at processing and still not clear so far..
