WTA if anyone also face issue on "Add Money" but money not reflected instantly in the saving account. Mine first case add money on 5/10 only reflected in saving on 7/10. Second case add money on 10/10 until today also not reflected in saving acc. Called CS, they said got problem with certain bank (my case is HLB) then they need to manually push the money. But this time take too long until today also not getting the money in...

BTW, this morning saw the money finally in... but I lost the interest past few days due to delay deposit by Boostbank... dont know can ask them to compensate or not...

I have the same bad experience with boost bank where money deducted successfully from own bank account (as confirm with the bank) but money not received in Boostbank account until 5 days later. Multiple email complaint but response is slow and not helpful at all. Then they promised to compensate the loss of interest as goodwill but in actual never deposit to my account. Totally loss confidence in this Boostbank and never deal with them anymore.
