Oh my.... Boost Bank Malaysia took 2.5 MONTHS to reply my enquiry email on not receiving the Debit Card RM10 cashback. Emailed on: 07/11/2024 Received Replied on: 20/01/2025 Not even anything complicated, just a simple enquiry with a simple answer.  This is next level of customer support in the banking industry.
